Accordly Support

Support and safety

Version 1, effective September 11, 2026

During the beta, support is answered by one person: Nathan Staab, who founded Accordly. This page says how to reach him, what to expect, and what Accordly cannot do for you.

If someone is in danger right now

Accordly is not an emergency service. Reports are read by a person, and they are not monitored continuously. Nobody at Accordly watches conversations as they happen.

Asking for help

In the app, open Profile and tap Get support. Choose the category closest to your problem, describe it, and choose whether the answer comes by email or in the app. You get a reference number when it is sent. Your requests and any replies are under Profile → My requests.

If you cannot sign in, email support@accordly.tech from the address your account uses. A request about your account or your data that arrives by email is verified before anything is done about it.

The six categories

Account or sign-in
You cannot sign in, or something about your account is wrong.
Invitation or Peer connection
An invitation never arrived, or a Peer is not showing up.
Technical problem
Something in the app is broken or not behaving.
Privacy or data request
A question about your data, or a request to see or delete it.
Billing
A payment, a subscription, or a receipt. The beta is free, so the app does not offer this category until billing exists.
Other
Anything else.

When to expect an answer

We aim to reply within two business days. That is a target, not a guarantee.

Accordly will never ask you for a password, an access token, or the full content of an Exchange by email.

Reporting a safety problem

A Safety report is not a support request. It goes to a separate queue, and a person reviews each one. The founder checks that queue daily during launch.

You choose what content goes with a report and see it before sending. The person reported on is never told who reported. What counts as a violation, and what can happen next, is in the conduct rules.

Taking a break or ending contact

Neither one requires the other, and neither is a report.
